Basic Hair Care Tips for women:

1.Basic hair care depends on your diet. Proper diets build your scalp healthy and ensure better-looking, better-feeling hair. Protein, sulphur, zinc (grows and repairs tissue), iron (helps transport oxygen to blood vessels) and B, C vitamins ( strengthens hair), antioxidants, omega-3 fatty acids (grows healthy hair) these are super-nutrients you need for strong hair.
2. Wash your hair perfectly two or three times a week. Use shampoo that’s right for your hair type (dry, greasy, coloured etc.). It should also be gentle, respect the pH of your scalp, moisturize and soften the capillary fibre in your hair.
3. Use branded conditioner after using shampoo every time according to your hair type, length. Because it moisturize your hair as well as repair the damage.
4. Dry your hair naturally without using hairdryer. Use soft towel, soft brush and don’t brush your hair while it is wet.
5. If you suffer from a flaky scalp, try the following treatment every 2 weeks: Section your hair and rub the scalp with a cotton pad saturated with plain rubbing alcohol. Let the alcohol dry, then brush your hair and rinse thoroughly with warm water but don’t shampoo. ( recommended)
6. Stop stressing! Stress encourages the production of excess sebum, as well as dandruff and hair loss. Reduce anxiety by taking magnesium supplements, which are excellent stress-busters. Stress, smoking, and bad eating habits can make your hair dull and prone to breakage.
7. Smoking, hormonal imbalances, and not enough sleep can also affect how your hair looks and feels. No magic nutrient can make up for those concerns.
8. Do exercise. Physical exertion helps the body eliminate toxins through sweat and sebum. Just make sure you give your hair a good wash afterwards to get rid of all that sweat!
